A recent study published in December, 2015 showed that consumption of coffee may reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease. According to the analysis of 11 studies, results showed a reductions of Alzheimer's disease with consumption of coffee. However, the results did not show any correlation between coffee consumption and cognitive decline and dementia. More studies are needed to identify whether there is any benefit of coffee consumption on cognitive decline and dementia.
