Higher Intake of Fruits and Vegetables or Fiber Assocaited With Lower Diabetes Risk!


 
A recent study has contradicted previous study that showed there was no reduction in diabetes with fruit and vegetable consumption. This new study, published in January 2016, clearly showed a reduction in diabetes risk with a higher consumption of leafy greens, berries, cruciferous vegetables, yellow vegetables or their fiber.
