Study: Those Who Eat Mediterranean Diet and Olive Oil Less Likely to be Diagnosed With Breat Cancer!


 
A preliminary study published Sept. 14, 2015, in JAMA Internal Medicine reported that older women in Spain who ate a traditional Mediterranean diet enhanced with extra-virgin olive oil were less likely to be diagnosed with breast cancer. Read more....

Olive Oil Reduces Endothelial Dysfunction from Particulate Matter!



Short-term exposure to ambient particulate matter was negatively correlated with poor markers for endothelial function. Supplementation with olive oil reduced the negative effects of particulate matter on endothelial function compared to supplementation with fish oil.
