Don't Assume Chronic Digestive Problems are Gluten Sensitivity!

Have chronic digestive upset? Don't assume it is from non-coeliac gluten-sensitivity. A new study showed that when patients were subjected to double-blinded provocation, many could not accurately say they had more symptoms after being given a gluten muffin. From this study, it was demonstrated that the increase of digestive symptoms was not due to non-coeliac gluten-sensitivity in many patients. Read more....
